Authenticity Reporting

Help us keep TheUppr free of counterfeits.

What to Report

Report a listing or seller if you believe an item is:

  • Counterfeit or a replica
  • Materially misrepresented (wrong model, condition, or provenance)
  • Stolen or otherwise not the seller's to sell

How to Report

Email hello@theuppr.com with the subject line "Authenticity Report" and include:

  • The listing URL or order number
  • What led you to believe the item is not authentic
  • Any photos or documentation that support your report

If this concerns an order you purchased, also open a dispute from that order — see Returns & Disputes.

What Happens Next

  1. Our team reviews the report and the listing.
  2. We may contact you or the seller for additional information.
  3. Confirmed counterfeits are removed, affected buyers are protected under our returns policy, and repeat or serious offenders are removed from the platform and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
